Welcome to Bake Addiction. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Bake Addiction specializes in custom cakes, cupcakes, and baked goods. All products are handcrafted and made fresh to order. Product availability is subject to our production capacity and delivery timelines as specified during checkout.
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products on these terms. Payment must be completed before order confirmation. We accept payments through Razorpay (card, UPI, netbanking, and other payment methods). All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Orders are fulfilled based on the delivery/pickup date and time slot selected by you during checkout. Bake Addiction maintains a 24-hour minimum advance notice policy for orders. Same-day delivery is not available. Delivery is available in Jayanagar and surrounding areas in Bangalore as per our delivery check system.
We welcome custom cake designs, flavor combinations, and special requests. Customization may incur additional charges and require extended lead time. Please communicate all special requirements and dietary restrictions during checkout or by contacting us directly.
Our cakes and baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy, and other ingredients. Although we take reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination in our facility, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen traces. Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions are advised to carefully review ingredient information and contact us before placing an order.
All products are made with the finest ingredients and are designed to be consumed within 2-3 days of delivery. For maximum freshness, store cakes in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator as appropriate for the product type. Bake Addiction is not responsible for product quality degradation due to improper storage after delivery.
Bake Addiction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, product quality issues post-delivery, or any other claims beyond the refund amount of the order.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Karnataka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
